22 Feb 2006
Before the agonising injury suffered by Lydia Ierodiaconou, it had
been Jacqui Cooper’s night of nights.

What she
said: Jacqui Cooper
22 Feb 2006
“That was probably a great jump for me, a real confidence boost,
just what I needed. I hadn't landed a triple somersault in
competition in four years since a couple of weeks before the last
Olympics.”
“It was a massive confidence booster and it felt like I got my
landing gear back.”
